Unfortunatley, We Cannot Play In The Rain Or Under Unsafe Playing Conditions. Due To Safety Concerns During Inclement Weather, Cancellations Are Possible. In Case Of Inclement Weather You Will Be Contacted And Offered A Rain Date (1 Week) Before You Event. If A Reschedule Is Not Of Interest A Deposit Refund Will Be Issued. Decision Of Cancellation Is Usually Made The Day Of The Event, 3-4 Hours Before Your Start Time.
Cancellation Policy
If You Call Up To One Week Before Your Event We Will Be Glad To Reschedule You (Once) At No Additional Cost. Any Cancellations/ Reschedules Made Within The Week Of The Event Will Be Charged A $75 Late Reschedule Fee. If You Must Cancel Your Purchase, Refunds Can Be Issued But You Will Be Charged A 5% Cancellation Fee. If You Are A No Show, Your Deposit Will Not Be Refunded And You Will Not Be Rescheduled.
